OUR COMPANY POLICIES

Unlocking & Repair Services

At our store, we offer professional unlocking and repair services for a wide range of mobile devices. To ensure transparency and satisfaction, we have outlined the following policies:

Customer Responsibility:

Handset Status: Before requesting an unlocking or repair service, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the handset is not blocked or barred by any UK network operators. Please note that unlocking a handset that is blocked or barred may still leave it unusable.

Refunds on Unlocking Services:

Due to the nature of unlocking services, and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we do not offer refunds once the service has been performed, regardless of whether the handset is later blocked or barred.

Repair Services:

Receipt Requirement: In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers must present a valid receipt to process any repair claims. Please ensure that you receive a repair receipt before leaving the shop, as no repair claims will be accepted without it.

Physical Damage: We do not accept liability for any physical damage to the handset, accessories, or repairs once they have been collected by the customer. Customers are advised to inspect their items before leaving the store to ensure satisfaction.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is designed to comply with UK consumer laws, ensuring fairness and clarity for our customers.

Unwanted Items – In-Store Purchases:

No Refund on Unwanted Items: If the item is not faulty but simply unwanted, we do not offer refunds. However, as a gesture of goodwill:

We can provide an in-store voucher of the same value.

Alternatively, we offer an exchange for another item of equal value.

Conditions for Exchange/Voucher: To be eligible for an exchange or in-store voucher, the following conditions must be met: The item must be in its original sealed packaging.

You must present the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

No Return or Refund Policy:

Physical Damage: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are not obligated to offer returns or refunds for any physical damage to accessories, phones, or repairs once the sale is complete, unless the item was faulty at the time of purchase.

Faulty Products: If an item is found to be faulty, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or exchange under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty items can only be returned with proof of purchase, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, where applicable.

Time Frame for Returns & Exchanges:

14-Day Return Period: A refund or exchange will only be given if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item must be in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Conditions: Items eligible for exchange must be unused and in the original packaging. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as a store credit or voucher.

Refund Process:

Refund Method: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of the item’s return, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Inspection: For faulty products, we may need to inspect the item before issuing a refund or exchange. This process is to ensure that the fault is not due to misuse or accidental damage by the customer, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

No Refund for Services:

Service Completion: Once a service (such as unlocking) has been completed, no refunds will be given, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please make sure that you understand and agree to this policy before proceeding with the service.

Customer Communication:

Receipt Confirmation: Always ask for and keep your receipt as proof of purchase, especially for repairs and services. This receipt is necessary for any future claims or returns and aligns with the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
