Data Backup & Privacy
Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before repair. Motherboard, software, no power, and severe water damage repairs may carry a risk of data loss. All customer information and personal data are handled securely and confidentially in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Standard Repairs
Screen, battery, charging port, speaker, and camera replacements normally do not affect customer data and are usually completed the same day.

Water Damage Repairs
Water-damaged devices are repaired on a best-effort basis. Severely water-damaged devices may not be fully repairable and full functionality cannot be guaranteed.

Warranty Policy
Warranty applies only to faulty parts or workmanship supplied and fitted by Phone Craft. If a replacement part develops a functional fault during the warranty period, we will inspect and repair or replace it where applicable.

Warranty Exclusions
No refund, return, or warranty is provided for physical damage, cracked screens, pressure damage, liquid/water damage, misuse, accidental damage, or customer-caused faults after repair.

Screen Replacement Policy
Screen replacements are not covered under warranty against any new physical damage, cracks, lines, black spots, touch damage, pressure marks, or liquid damage after collection.

Parts Quality Notice
Different part qualities and grades are available depending on customer choice and budget. Lower-cost parts may differ in brightness, colour, durability, fingerprint compatibility, refresh rate, or overall performance compared to original manufacturer parts. Choosing a lower-grade part does not qualify for refund or replacement based on performance differences from original parts.

Device Condition Disclaimer
Devices with previous repairs, frame damage, bent housing, or internal damage may carry additional repair risks. Phone Craft is not responsible for hidden or pre-existing faults discovered during repair.

Security & Testing
Customers may be asked to remove passwords, iCloud, Google, or Samsung account protection for testing purposes after repair.
